Mr. James focuses on trials. He is available by contract to other attorneys to try cases that they may not have time for, or for which they need specific experience. Mr. James has tried more than fifty jury trials and hundreds of trials to the court, from marriage dissolution to eviction, collections to mental health certifications.  He is NITA trained and has a life-long interest in trial evidence and appeals.
